Using the storefront
You may use IONIX only lawfully and must not interfere with security, scrape protected services, misuse promotions, submit false information, or attempt unauthorized access. Product photographs and descriptions are prepared carefully, but display colour and minor production details can vary.
When an order is accepted
Your checkout submission is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only after the platform verifies payment and sends confirmation. We may decline or cancel before fulfilment for unavailable stock, pricing errors, sanctions or destination restrictions, suspected fraud, or an invalid address. If a captured payment cannot be fulfilled, it is refunded to the original payment source.
Prices and payments
Checkout displays the currency, goods total, shipping, known taxes, and known duties before authorization. Shopify hosts checkout; the payment providers offered there process payment details under their own terms and privacy notices. You authorize the displayed amount only; the platform verifies provider records before releasing fulfilment.
Delivery and returns
Delivery dates are good-faith estimates affected by warehouse processing, carriers, customs, weather, and address accuracy. Risk and title pass only as required by applicable law. The Delivery and Returns pages form part of these terms.
Accounts and communications
You are responsible for protecting your password and for activity through your account. Tell support promptly if you suspect misuse. Transactional messages necessary to operate an order or account are separate from optional marketing, which requires an affirmative choice.
Rights, disputes, and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. For a problem with an Australian purchase, contact us first so we can assess an appropriate remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
