How do I get started as a worker?
Choose “Find work” when creating your account. Add your skills, location and availability, then submit your verification documents. You can explore your dashboard while we review your profile. Once verified, you can apply to suitable jobs.
Can any employer post a job?
Employers first register their organisation and submit approval documents. An administrator must approve the organisation before it can publish jobs.
How are workers matched to opportunities?
Recommendations consider verification, location, skills, availability, completed work, ratings and reliability. Employers select applicants, and workers review and accept their offer before an assignment is confirmed.
How does attendance work?
Assigned workers check in and out using a supervisor-issued QR code, an attendance PIN, or direct supervisor confirmation. Supervisors review the attendance and completed work.
Where can workers see payment information?
Workers can save their M-Pesa number in their profile and view recorded payment status and available receipts in their dashboard. Each offer sets out the pay and payment terms; an attendance approval does not itself trigger a payout.
How do programme partners participate?
Choose “Become a partner” to create an account or sign in, introduce your organisation and request programme access. After review and acceptance of the reporting terms, approved partners can follow participation and aggregate reports for their programmes.
